Control Panel disappeared

Question

I have an issue with the recent patch. Every time I enter building mode, and go back to the "live" mode, my whole control panel just disappears, it look like that. It's not a "tab button" issue. I cannot travel or interact either. The upper panel is also not interactive, i cannot save the game or close the game either.
Another issue is with the phone - I can use the phone option only once, after that I can click on the option several times but it won't force any interactions

I've checked all my mods, so it's not what causes the issue. I've also fixed the game via origin. It happens both with and without the MODES folder.

I play on MacBook if that matters.

Thanks. The two issues you're having seem to be Mod related and this is backed up by your screenshot. Did you try the clean Sims 4 folder? Or did you move contents back into it then try.
