Corrupted save file

Not sure if its a trait or something added to the tray but even tested vanilla (with only mccc) it still gave me an exception when i go to manage employee tasks. i added a mod or something to my tray a few weeks ago, for more employees, more logos and more business activities. I also added a new household but its a conflict somewhere and i cant find it, i think its in my tray because ive combed through mods.

My save file is corrupted, ive had someone in another forum try checking for a game bug but we realized it was the save file. is there a way for someone to help me delete the last thing that caused the issue or find the issue and help me remove it from the tray? The zip file crashes when you try to access it so im not sure what to do.
