Hello,

I've noticed that no matter how much or little I do in-game, it seems to fail to save and gives me this error code: 403:8717c2e9:20314deb. It occurs on every saved world I have, as well as on new ones, and I'm unsure what to do. I have created entire home interiors without realizing they wouldn't save, and this has become a very frustrating issue.

I play The Sims 4 on my MacBook, and I do have custom content installed, but no mods are in my game.

    Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

    • Create a backup of your save game
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop
    • Delete the following files from your user folder.
      • localthumbcache
      • Any lastException Files
      • Any LastCrash files.
    • Test on the backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
    • If you get any new LastException files, please copy/paste the content to your post.
