Everything is gone in sims 4
Soo, my sims 4 was crashing a lot so I decided to have a look what I could do to prevent it and therr was the same advise everywhere: delete cache. Then somewherr it said delete the "localthumbnailcache.package" and I accidentally first cliked on "onlinethumbnailcache" and deleted it and then after it I also deleted the other one that I was suppised to delete. Then I opened my game, and..... EVERYTHING WAS GONE. There was no houses, no families NOTHING. Only way of playing was to start by making a new sim etc. Also, only thing that is left, is everything in my gallery, but it doesnt help because I havent uploaded anything I've made myself there.
Can anyone help, can I ever get my game back?
