Game won't let me change my sims clothes
So, I have a ton of cc. I recently entered my game and when i clicked 'change outfit' on my sim, nothing happens, no menu pops up. i don't really know what to say, but yeah.

@sleepy_rae Please move your Mods folder to the desktop and test again. You don't need to save your progress.
If this works, use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and cc.
