Rather than make a hybrid Sims 4 folder with some Mods and some saves, rename your current one and launch the game so a new one is created. Load into CAS. Are you still missing makeup slots, accessories and shoes?

no I am not missing makeup, accessories and shoes anymore. I don't know what that was about. I tried with mods again and still have the infinite loading screen so im just going to keep trying with vanilla and wait to see when the trait issue is resolved
