I can’t travel to my restaurants (Error Code)

I have an issue with sims4 dine out. Every time I try traveling to a restaurant I built. It gives me an error code and tells me to relaunch the game. Then it says the restaurant is incomplete. I went into build mode and made sure that all the requirements are placed. The only restaurant that works is the one that comes with the expansion pack. I tried removing all mods/cc but it still didn’t work 

@FreddyAlam Hi, I'm also experiencing this right now, have you found a way to solve this issue? I removed my mods but it still not working.
