Keep getting UI Last Exception/bugging in cas

All of my mods and scripts are up to date. I have no issues with any of mods, no lagging, etc. But whenever I try to modify a household in cas I get an infinite loading screen, and a BE saying something is messing with my UI. 

I have been trying to fix this since the update, I thought it was maybe a corruption so I deleted all my old mods and cc and even my old saves. Still getting the issue. I've gotten rid of so much cc and started over so many times since this started happening thinking maybe one of my sims was still showing up as corrupted but it's not helping either. Please someone help, I can't figure it out.

I have the last ui exception attached, if someone could please, please help I'd really appreciate it!

    Last UI exception files aren't readable for support. Please try this exact sequence of test steps:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    2. Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
    3. Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
    4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.

    If that works, you can try adding mods back if they are updated or confirmed compatible with this patch. See the current Broken & Updated Mods & CC lists and Previously Broken mods and CC

    Had same issue,not being able to modify a sim in CAS,it turned out the UI Cheats was causing that error.After removing UI cheats ,was able to modify household.I`m not sure if this is causing your issue as well,but you might wanna try taking out UI Cheats for the time being.Note that I did not update my game for Enchanted by nature,but started getting this bug a few days ago.Hope this helps
