My sim aged up and now looks as if he’s sickly

What happens when the bug occurs? My sim aged up to a child, when I went into create a sim he looked sick his face has a purple hue to it, the whites of his eyes looks red, around his eyebrows is yellow, his hair is two toned ( black and purple) he appears to have a bruise around his neck
What do you expect to see? A regular looking sim

My sim aged up from a toddler. I went into CAS using a mirror to modify him. However I noticed that when in his “party” he looks sick or maybe like a vampire. His face is paler than his body and has a purple undertone. The whites of his eyes are red. Around his eyebrows is yellow. His hair is two toned ( black and purple) and it remains so no matter what hairstyle I use. And lastly he appears to have a purplish/reddish bruise going around his neck. It is only when he is in his “party” outfit that he looks like this he looks normal in every thing else. I’m not sure what could have caused this or if it will have some sort of effect on him during game play.
