My sims can’t see eachothers names but they can see everyone else’s

In sims 4 i need help

i do use mod but this isn’t the cause for this issue

For some reason when I play as my male sim in a 5 family household he can see everyone’s name headline and Age. Except for my adult female sim. And she can see everyone’s headline but his too. Their relationship bar is glitched too and I don’t know how to fix it someone please help! Note I already tried headline effects and it didn’t work

    @Kaecupidd Please only report in the bug forum on a vanilla game.

    Moving this to mods/cc until tested without them.

    Hi @Kaecupidd For a mod-free test, please follow these instructions:

    1. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop.
    2. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
    3. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up.
    4. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.
    5. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
