Need help with creating a hairstyle

I'm very new to this subject, and I believe I will lose my mind over this hair I am trying to create...lol. Maybe you can help me, so I can keep my sanity. XD

The problem starts before I even get to the complicated part of frankenmeshing etc. Let me explain...

I want to edit a Maxis Hairstyle from Tiny Living. This one:

When I open it in Sims 4 Studio, then it looks like this:

So far so good. Then I open the mesh in blender, do literally nothing but just save the untouched mesh and when I import the mesh in S4Studio, then it looks like this: Ugly lines around and underneath the ear.

Why do these lines suddenly appear?? You can also clearly see them in Live Mode.

I first notized these lines in a beautiful hairstyle from Simstrouble where she also uses the same mesh from Tiny Living, it's called Lexi Hairstyle if you want to look at it. The same problem there.

I thought something went wrong with that CC, so I wanted to see if the Maxis Original also has this problem. And I discovered that the lines appears immediately after I load the original hair mesh in blender, save it and import it in S4Studio.

Does anybody know how to fix this or how to edit the mesh in blender without this line appearing for no reason at all?

Thank you for any help in advance. :)
