i have purchased and installed the new nature expansion. but i have none of the content. im by far not thrilled with the lack of content. what am i supposed to do.

on pc. no world no anything. even my other add ons and expansions arent working. those worlds are gone to. and the ea app on pc
And just to confirm, before I move you for support, is this happening with no mods or CC?
