One of the Occult twin infants has no thumbnail in My Library

What happens when the bug occurs?: When I try to save a household with twin infants to My Library, only one of the infants cannot see the image.
What do you expect to see?: Images of twin infants are displayed correctly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?; Never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: Not sure, maybe after March/14/2023 update
This phenomenon occurred in twins born to a vampire and a werewolf couple.
The twins were a combination of a vampire boy and a werewolf girl.
I had read a bug report about toddler having an occult form, so after they grew into infants I tried to save this household in the library to see if it happened for the infants. When I tried to save the household, only image of girl's infant does not show. When I clicked on the place of girl's image, a pop-up window appeared saying "Could not locate this item" and then the CAS screen froze.
I tried repairing the game and repairing the save data, but nothing changed. And as a test, I placed this household into a new game and four people were successfully placed.
Then I continued to play with the original data and when twins grew into toddlers, I tried to save the household to My Library was correctly showed image of girl and both toddlers have no occult form.
I don't know if my data is weird or a bug, and I don't know if this has anything to do with bugs having occult forms at life stages below children. (Because there doesn't seem to be any bug reports yet of Werewolf kids having occult forms.)
So I posted this here.
Has anyone else encountered symptoms similar to this?
