@coopersis9598Sims has some sort of partnership with CurseForge so that's one place you can find mods. Personally I prefer Maxis Match CC World. But of course, as @define_kaay said, you can also just google something specific you're looking for and see if anyone's made it. Over time you'll find personal favorite mod creators. I know I like Littlbowbub, PandaSama, and LittleMsSam.
