I think it does. But are you talking about a dropdown that you show in the pic you posted earlier or the one I show in the attached pic below.

Nevermind i fixed it , turns out i had duplicate older versions of mods rotting in the files , so sorry if i wasted your time but if anyone else has this problem i can recommend looking through your mods folder
- @CGrant56 i know this kind of has nothing to do with this error but is there a chance anyone knows how to disable expansion pop ups? i cant seem to find out how and i believe that is part of the problem
@idontmccall What kinds of pop-ups are you thinking of? I've not seen anything to suggest that particular packs are causing this problem.
these kind. i didn’t even have the horse ranch pack at first and then when i ended up getting it it still does this. and it take forever to close.
@idontmccall Have you done a complete cache deletion or folder replacement recently? The game will have then forgotten that you already saw those notices.
I’m having issues with that drop-down menu. It’s like completely blank. Would you know how to fix that?
