@IIMontaII Sorry this has happened to your game. Could you give some more information about the platform you are using please so that you can get help from the right players.
I've had this happen on my old Xbox One a year or so ago but the help will vary depending on your platform so if you could tell us are you on PC/PS or Xbox. Also, are you seeing any error codes?
Unfortunately I lost my saves and ended up starting over, I was gutted. Mine was caused by an error code. But that may not apply to you as it be a different problem and we may be using different platforms. So I want to make sure you get the advice that is right for you.

    I play on Mac. I have all EP, all GP except for Journey to Batuu and My Wedding Stories, couple SP, and no Kits

    I am not seeing any error codes.

    The issue I am having is with one particular household (in University dorm) where the Sims just freeze and stop responding. And I cannot save my game.
