I downloaded the sims 4 for rent pack however I am unable to access any of it. It is saying that the pack will not be ready until it’s finished downloading. I restarted the game and checked that it is in fact installed but it won’t budge.

@mockingnero I've merged your post with another thread about this issue. Please try the suggestion in post 8, and test in a new save with no mods or custom content present.

@sickandskint That's awesome! Is the TOOL update okay? A new version came out earlier today.
ive removed all my mods (tool, bbb, ui, mccc) but its still the same problem! i can open everything exepct for the world tomarang. its just a white screen that i cant leave without returning to main menu!
Hi @bizzleellen Please test in a clean folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Start a new save and see if that works.
How can you uninstall the pack from EA? I can't fin the option
