Sims 4 San Myshuno apartment building won’t show up

Some apartments in San Myshuno only show the floor level and no building under it, my sims are outside and can’t enter the building. I tried repairing the game, disabling and enabling the city living...

If you are playing on a PC or Mac, do you use mods?  If you do, try testing with your mods and CC out of the game.  Just put your mods folder on your desktop, start the game and go to the apartment to take a look, then exit without saving.  If the building comes back when you test with no mods and CC, then it's probably a mod causing it that you'll have to hunt down to remove or update.
