Game failed to load after making my sim

I am trying to play my game and it's not letting me play my sim after making them. Every time I go to a building to start my sim in it stops and lets me know there's an error. I tried relaunching it and reinstalling the game it didn't work. I'm not sure it a bug or not but I need help fixing it so I can play my sims again. Please and thank you.
