Yes i have mods but i don’t think they play a factor in this because my other save file doesn’t have that issue. I just think my save files is corrupted because i’ve had it for 2 years now

No it’s multiple lots like one lot in sulani one lot in newcrest and many more
And are these all lots you've used before? Can you load a lot you never edited or played Sims in?
Have you done a "save as"?
Also, did you try testing with no mods or CC?
