Sorry for spamming, this is my sim getting SA'ed by a RANDOM guy, it's horrifying to look at. I'm just about ready to throw my laptop and uninstall this game.

I was checking the NAP in the penthouse section, I didn't know the four sections of San Myshuno counted as 4 separate neighborhood. I checked with a household in the Spice Market area and yeah, the Free Love NAP was active. Sorry for the trouble.
