Can yall please fix the console version

this is sooo frustrating. I play on console and im having so many issues and i own every kit, EP. stuff packs. here is what im dealing with 

The Gallery The gallery has not worked for me since growing together. I cant upload to the gallery most of the time (it takes about 5 to 6 tries). nor can i place lots from the gallery. most lots will not load on the lots. keep getting the message saying unable to load try again later. a few years ago you all announced the the gallery would be fixed in 2022. it has gotten WORSE since then. i enjoy sharing my builds and sims with the community but it never works!

The freezing in live mode the sims are not responsive. the freeze up for few minutes (real minutes) and it makes gameplay very difficult. and NOT fun

the last update has fixed what you said but the gallery is still broken live mode is laggy and freezes way to much.

in build mode every time you add something to the lot the whole lot disappears for 6 seconds.

i am a avid sims player on console since the sims 2  I own every pack kit EP everything but the new pack im not sure i want to purchase because i feel i have wasted over 1k on this game just for it to not work also every time the game updates since horse ranch came out i now have to delete the game and reinstall it because nothing will work. i only thought that PC users had to do all that because of mods i would really appreciate anything you can tell me i have a new console and again seem like the game is just never going to work properly but yall keep releasing expansion packs without FIXING THE ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i enjoy yhe sims (when it works)all i would like if you just fix the gallery fix the frezzing please!!!! again im on console. i guess i should be happy the game dosnt crash every time you move, travel, save anymore
