Cats and dog in house slow and glitch the game

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Universities, island living, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get to work, vampires, done out, tiny living, my first pet stuff, vintage glamour, kids room stuff, cool kitchen,holiday celebration, grins ghoulish guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place a pet in a household and try to use any of the fast forward buttons
What happens when the bug occurs? The game starts lagging and getting choppy only when using any of the ultra speeds. I’ll have my sim take his dog for a jog and fast forward it and the game will lag and skip and then it’ll glitch out to where my dog is gone, the box with the dogs picture in it will be frayed and the dogs information will say null and the dog can’t be called back until I either exit the lot or exit the game completely. My game was perfectly fine before I brought the cats and dogs and the my first pet packs. I have gameplay videos but it won’t let me post it.
What do you expect to see? Smooth transitions and no major glitches that ruins the gameplay
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
