Children stand in one place and twitch

I have sims on my Xbox, and it was working fine. I recently bought the snowy escape expansion pack and  I use cheats to go back and edit my sims appearance sometimes. I also use cheats to disable need decay or make them happy. I wasn’t having issues before yesterday. 

The two elementary age children keep standing in one place and twitching. I’ve reset them several times, they just go stand at the sinks and wash their hands. Then they stand in one place and twitch some more.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you.
