Constantly repeating Error code CE-113505-5 in the downloads Playstation 5.

 Also some of my add ons have the shopping Icon on them even though I own them. I think it's an account problem? I've tried absolutely everything on my end and nothing fixes this.  Completely del...

Hey there Crynalles​ 

Let's give these steps a try first, let me know if you're still seeing this error or you can't access your DLC:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
