I have claimed the first three daily rewards using my ps5 sims 4 game. I experienced a crash in my game 6/5/24 and after getting back into the game, all of the rewards I claimed appear as if I never claimed them, meaning I no longer have access to the last 2 week 1 items. Please help
Next time you are able to claim rewards they will become available again.
I collected everything from the event, but now it's all reset and the event ends in 4 days. My sims that I used the awards still have them. The objects, hair, and traits, but I can no longer access them. It's reset several times. Shouldn't EA know what I've claimed and lock it in?y login records should confirm my participation.
I had all of my rewards. But after a glitch with the Xbox servers, they're all GONE! I don't even have time left to get them all back!
They did have a glitch to where you could acquire them without the log in rewards, but they have since patched it out.
I play Sims on the ps4 and I received all of the daily reward login content. Recently I switched to using a ps5 and it seems as if I am now missing that content.
Does anyone know why this would be, since I'm still using the same account?
Well that's basically it. I got all the rewards for the week and now they are gone. I never used a new anything and one day all gone.
