DLC's gone?

So, I have lost A LOT of my DLC's on my sims playstation 5. I owned almost every single pack and they just started saying that I dont own them any longer.

For example currently it says I own island living but is also saying I have to re purchase it. Thats a lot of money. It makes me not want to re purchase.

Can anyone help me please 🙏

EA_Solaire so I’m having a similar issue as well, I have bought  5 packs and can confirm bc they are in my transaction history for 39.99$ and it shows that I still need to purchase it on the game, I have restored licenses uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing, I even have a saved game with said packs it said I’m missing content and I’m baffled, I’ve tried contacting ps support but good luck with that they just show you videos of how to fix your problem you can’t actually chat with an agent and explain the stuff you bought is now gone and trying to make me rebuy it. Like wtf

LooneyMacaroony Did you fully purchase Island Living or were you accessing that from the PS Plus catalog? It's since been removed from the PS Plus catalog, so you'd need to purchase it if that's how you were playing.

What do I have to do if the Island Living-pack says installed but also that I still have to buy it even though I bought it some time ago? I have also checked the transaction history on my PSN account, and its still there...

    Heya Monelle19 1a07f1058bbd2202 Crocodile13245

First please check that all your DLC is fully installed to your console with the steps here:

    • Restore the licenses on your console
    • Go to your Game Library
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you're still being asked to purchase these packs, please check the transaction history on your PSN account to verify that you're logging into the same account you had originally purchased these packs on.

  • I see I am not the only one who has experienced this, but I wonder if anyone has found a solution?

I haven't played Sims 4 for a couple years, and I had bought every single expansion pack up to that point. It was a lot of money. This is on PS5.

Now today I went on to start playing again, and all my expansion packs are gone (except 2 stuff packs for some reason). My saved games are still there where I left them, but the expansion packs are all requiring me to re-purchase.

The last time I played was on PS5 so it's not an issue of switching from PS4... The items do not even show up in my PSN purchase history. The 2 packs that I still have don't show up in my purchase history either though, nor does the main game itself.

I am just at a loss. 😔 Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My Sims packs aren't working, even though I bought them and downloaded them. It says I haven't bought them, only cottage living, life and death, lovestruck, businesses and hobbies and high school years work. (In the attachment some packs are cut off). I have restarted the game ect but it isn't working, one day I logged on and they were all gone and it said "(number) items removed from game" or something like that.
