For Rent EP: Not receiving rental payments and not seeing grace periods.

I forgot to mention after purchasing this EP, for a few days, everything worked as expected and then suddenly the problems started. I have since deleted the entire game and reinstalled everything and that did not fix the issue. I've also evicted people and started over that way and that also did not fix the issue. I don't know what else to try. I have 20+ rental units so I've tried many times to start over. I'm missing out on A LOT of money.
