Game Data Incomplete Xbox Series X

I bought and downloaded the business chic kit, refined livingroom kit, luxury party stuff, and spa day. Once the downloads were completed I restarted the sims game. When I tried to load my game back up I noticed my save filed sims looked different. I started the save file and this notification popped up " Game Data Incomplete". I followed all the steps I found on Google except deleting my saved data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but this notification keeps popping up. Is there anything else I can do to fix this issue without having to delete everything on my xbox series x console.
