Game is unplayable+ many issues.

I currently play on a PS4. I started the game after the update and it says that I don't own packs which I have bought. I downloaded everything again and restored the licences . Now my game doesn't go past the loading screen. This has been happening before the new update as well Also my current household was automatically deleted. I am not happy! I have paid alot of money for a game that does not even work. I am really annoyed right now!!!! EA fix this !
