Game is unplayable

Hi so I play the sims 4 on Xbox series x and it’s been fine up until two days ago. I was updating my sims house and I had almost finished when suddenly I hear a buzzing noise and then the screen went black then dashboarded me to Xbox Home Screen. Every time I’ve tried to play it the same thing happens when I’ve selected what family I want to play! It’s unplayable and I have all the dlc so mad that I can’t play. This needs fixing asap! I’m bedridden and this keeps me sane. Please get this sorted!!!
