Glitches | Crashes | No Interactive Play

I posted about a week ago that I could not log into my game at all. Well after finally being able to log in I tried starting a whole new game after uninstalling and reinstalling - I did save my previous household (which actually kept my skills, and household funds). Well I was finally able to start the gameplay and it’s still so messed up, I have 2 sims sitting on the same chair - super glitch, and 2 other sims unable to move at all. They are just stuck 😩.. have we gotten any feedback from EA when we can actually play the game? It’s been well over a week and the whole game is just broken. - PS this is on Xbox console.
