I bought and installed the island living expansion pack
I bought and installed the island living expansion pack 2 years ago and still unable to play it or use it I've waited for EA to fix this and nothing's helped I'm on Xbox 😭

First, let's try the following:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
If you're being prompted to purchase this pack, please look over the purchase history for your Xbox to verify that you're logging in with the same account you originally purchased this pack on.
