I don't own any of my expansion packs

I had the luxury party stuff, movie hangout stuff, Backyard stuff, Bowling night stuff, Moschino stuff, Tiny living stuff pack, Dream home decorator, Get together, City living, Seasons, Discover university. And some others but it says I have to purchase them

    Gotchya, thanks for these details. As Xbox and PlayStation use separate storefronts, you aren't able to transfer your content between the two platforms. You'd need to purchase your packs separately for your Xbox.

    Oh, that's a bit unfair and really annoying, is there any way I could refund on a PlayStation so I can then purchase on Xbox?? Because I don't own a PlayStation, only my mate does

    I use to play on PlayStation but moved the Xbox as my PlayStation broke but on my gallery it shows I've owned them

    Heya mythandthomas​ 

    First, please verify all your DLC is fully installed:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC


    If you're still not able to access your packs, please take a look at the purchase history on your Xbox account to verify that you're logging in with the same account you purchased these on originally.
