I just Got a new PlayStation and cannot transfer my packs

Question

Hi, today I got a new PlayStation because my old one did not run correctly anymore, I have the disk version of Sims4 bundle with cats and dogs. I had transferred all of my data from my old PlayStation to my new one but for some reason it did not transfer the packs i had.

I had these packs:

expansion

-City Living

-Seasons

-get famous

game packs

-parenthood

stuff packs

-Tiny living

-Moshino

-laundry day

I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this problem and get my packs back on my new PlayStation without having to buy them all again

From the home screen, go to [Library] and select the "Purchased" folder.&nbsp;
Select the game &gt; [PlayStation Store] &gt; [Your add-ons].

@Raven_28056&nbsp;Are you on the account that purchased the packs? Is your console set to primary?

I did that, it says they have not been bought. But if I click the options button on the controller and go down to information and installed addons, it says they are all bough just the ones listed above are locked. Do you have any idea how I can unlock them?
