Im having a similar issue, since my game will only load when I start it while offline, I will then set my xbox back to online when the game has properly loaded, however the game will not reconnect with the internet, even tho the home page will update to its regular online view from the offline version, the game will still say Im not connected.
Cant visit the gallery, cant claim reaper event rewards but weirdly enough can check for any new sim deliveries.....
If I go to the settings to "link EA account" the game crashes every single time.
This has been happening since the L&D EP came out.
