It says I don’t own one of my addons

Having this issue with Get to Work, which I've owned over a year. Not lovestruck [CM Edit: Split post, title update]

    Hi @Nonbeaniebaby 

    I've split your post into it's own thread as your issue is a bit different. Do you play on Xbox or PlayStation?

    If you're on Xbox, please verify that you had fully owned this pack and were not accessing it through a previously active EA Play membership. You can look over the transaction history on your console to verify how you were accessing Get to Work.

I had expansions packs Island Living, Seasons, Cottage Living, Get to work, and Paranormal.

After the update I did a week ago, it showed in the game I needed to purchase Get to Work again, but on my xbox gallery it showed I owned it and was installed.

I un-installed it to see if I needed to install again and that would fix the bug.

Don't do this, by the way.

Because now it has 0 memory of me owning it and wants me to pay $20 AGAIN! I've had this pack over a year, I don't understand why I need to buy it again. 

I've had no secondary accounts this is my only xbox and ea account. I'm confused. Please help!
