Lost £140+ of packs

I recently swapped from PS4 to PS5 and play the sims4 on a disc. I put my disc in, updated and redownloaded my packs, however over three quarters of my packs are missing and have lost me over £140 worth of expansion and game packs. I have tried all the solutions such as restarting my game, logging into EA account (which it says doesnt exist??) and looked all over the forums. Nothing has provided me with answers and I no longer own many packs. I am extremely upset as 100 pounds has gone down the drain with zero explanation.
