My sims 4 Island Living isn’t working properly PS4

Question

So I just bought the Island Living DLC yesterday, it downloaded perfectly and gave me everything! - or so I thought. I went to the mermaid tops and seen that the bodysuit like tops were NOT there. I know they are in the game as I seen a mermaid wearing one. I added her to my family to see if I finally fixed the problem and I can’t even change her mermaid outfit. Can someone please help me out? I’ve deleted and redownloaded the game and that didn’t even help me out. I can’t refund it as I’ve already used it.&nbsp;

I’ve got some screenshots for you! The mermaid is a base game mermaid. As you can see the tops are no where in sight

@Solar_kutz Is the sim you are trying to put the, I'm assuming you are talking about the scale tops, a mermaid?

Do you have screenshots?

@Solar_kutz The scale tops appear for my female mermaid sim when in her mermaid form. I believe those require either a female sim or a male with a feminine preference to their frame.

Is your console set to primary? You have mermaids, so the pack is installed.

Yes! That is exactly what I’m talking about those scale tops are not in my create a sim! I’m just confused on why they wouldnt be there?&nbsp;
