[NCQE] Nature's calling event won't trigger

UPDATE

Just had to log into my EA account like @ Roanel_Lee mentioned. To comment on the forum, you'd have to log into your EA account. when you start up your game again, you'll see the "Events" tab right next to the "Store" tab

My ea acct says it is linked to my PSN with my name ID in my connected accounts and the button to unlink. 

I guess just logging in the ea account and seeing it linked worked! It's laggy and sputtering but did pop up! I'm just saving and waiting for the fixes in the July 1 update and hope for the reset and lag/crashing issues fixed please. Ty for your help. 

I see the Nature's Calling banner on my main menu screen, before loading in to my household. Telling me about the update, showing me the video, etc...  When I'm playing the game, the event never triggers. This seems to be a common issue on the Xbox and would like to participate in the event as soon as possible. Xbox users are missing out on opportunities to get collectibles.

I’m also having this problem on PS5 in the uk I’ve been trying to get it to work for a few days but when I open the game it doesn’t show up on the main screen or in household, does anyone know how to fix this 

Had this issue as well, my work around was linking the game to the EA account. So if you have an account and are playing through that, from the main load up screen in the top right corner there are three dots. Click on that to bring up the menu, then select game options. On the sims delivery tab you should have an option to link the account. Itll restart the game and the event tab should now appear on the main load up screen.

I really want to play the nature calling event however it’s not popping up in my game. On the home screen the event tab that is normally next to the shop tab isn’t there. I play on a Xbox series x. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have restarted my Xbox. I have literally tried everything. I even asked on some sims discord servers what is wrong and even they didn’t know why this was happening to my game. However there were some other people in the servers that mentioned that they also haven’t been able to access the event. Someone else mentioned how they missed out on the reaper event due to the game being bugged. Please can you fix events. They shouldn’t be buggy like this. A lot of people like myself are missing out on claiming free items. Everyone should have a fair chance of being able to get them. I really hope this gets fix soon.

The Nature's Calling Event hasn't triggered or poped up yet. I've played hours in game to make sure it wouldn't just eventually pop up/trigger. I have reset my console, disconnected and reconnected to the internet, am up to date on game updates and even started a new save to try to trigger the event. This is really disapointing that a lot of console players are missing out on the timed event without any updates or acknowledgements that the bug is being worked on. 

Still having difficulties and was hoping yesterday's update would fix the game, with no luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still nothing. As others have said, I would like to know if this is being worked on so we can claim the event items!

I'm also having this issue where it's not showing up. But I'm on a Windows laptop not Xbox 1.116.202.1030 DX9 is my current update
