Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

I own a bunch of sims 4 packs on my computer and yet when I linked my Xbox and ea account, I expected them to be there. It is not. I open the sims and it says it’s my account, and yet I don’t have access to any of my packs. Is this an issue internally or am I mistaken that the packs would transfer?

__Writerz_Block unfortunately content doesn't transfer from PC to console or vice versa as it's a completely different product. It's manufactured, licenced and sold by a different company and isn't in a compatible format. Packs would have to be repurchased, but the base game itself is free to download.
