Pictures and Paintings that have been ‘created’ have gone blank. PS4

I did see another thread about this issue but the post is about 3 yrs old. It seems to have begun after the most recent updates. Not sure if this is related. I hope it’s fixed bc I have so many pictures of my current family through many generations. </3
