PS4 Sims 4 Game Failed to Load

Are you seeing a numbered error code when this happens, like CE-37732-2, or something similar?

You can locate your error code history by going to Settings-> System-> Error History.

I have an error code that says NP-32429-0 pops up as the game loads & closes & logs me out of my PS4 system completely

Are you using Share Play? This error is typically from using Share Play and not having a strong enough online connection. 

Please try the following steps:

• Run through all the steps in this guide from PlayStation for this specific error
• Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
• Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use) 
• Restore the Licenses on your console
• Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

If these steps don't clear up the error, be sure to let me know!

Um those steps don't relate to the problem i;m experiencing with. The steps were for internet related. but what I was concerned about is that when I start the sims 4 on ps4 it loads fine but when push the x button start it, I just can't get past the loading screen to where the spinning green diamond reaches about 50& then the game closes & the error message keeps comming up with NP-32429-0 saying I will be logged out of the ps4 because an error has occurred. I don't have any problems with other gps4 ames I own.

The issue with getting stuck on the loading screen is related to a connection problem with consoles- please run through those steps and let me know if that helps clear up the issue. 

I did try the steps but still experiencing the same issue meanings it still persists even though I launch it either with or without the internet it still does not get past the loading screen stops at 50% & closes with same error message as I'm been mentioning I hope you guys can resolve this issue by sending out an update patch. The issue was caused after the update released on 3/28/2023. I even uninstalled & reinstalled the game to see if it would help but didn't help.The  I'm also noticing that the gallery doesn't stay connected to the internet anymore. Evey time I want something from the gallery on ps4 & pc the gallery says offline or unable to connect to ea servers at this time Please try again later or contact ea support for assistance.

You now need to manually connect to the Gallery when you're wanting to access it rather than automatically being connected to it, this change was made back in October, you can read the patch notes here for more details on that update. 

However, if you're seeing an error that you are unable to connect to the Gallery on both your PS4 and PC, it means there's an issue with your internet connection.

Let's check the details of your connection from your console- from the main menu of your PS4, head to Settings-> Network-> Test Internet Connection, grab a screenshot of those results and attach them to your post here for me please. 

The gallery works but every time I want to use it it says offline making me have to connect every time I want to get stuff from the gallery. But sometimes errors on the gallery appears. But my problem I'm experiencing is the sims 4 game on os4 not complete loading. I can't past the loading screen but loads to 50% then crashes & logs me out of my ps4 systen. I even tried loading the sims 4 game on ps4 with my Wi-Fi connection turned off & still experiencing the same issue as I'm been mentioning.. I love sims 4 but issues with the sims 4 game on ps4 keeps popping up. I hope there is a fix or patch made up to resolve this issue. Please give me a better solution or send out an update to ps4 users who play the sims 4 on ps4. because I do know that the most recent update for the sims 4 game on ps4 is kind of acting weird like before the update on 3/28/2023 the sims 4 game on ps4 was lagging with ny sims were moving but the camera wasn't moving. But now I'm experiencing the not loading completely since the update on 3/28/2023 made the game crash upon load up. I know that there might be an issue either with the update files or game files that ps4 users can't see

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When game is loading, it crashes, showing a blue screen explaining an ERROR with an error code.

What happens when the bug occurs? I turn on Sims4. It goes through all prompts. When it gets to loading but before the main menu screen. It loads and loads and then crashes. Game never comes on. Tried several times, same end result.

What do you expect to see? I expect to see my game load smoothly and come on like it once did without crashing. This just started and never crashed during start up before. Nor crashing during Sim travel or coming out of Build Mode. I really love this game, and it's hard to not be able to play. frown:

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure.

Here's The Error Code I'm Facing: NP-32429-0 Stating That I will be logged out of the ps4 because of an error has occurred. I hope there is a complete fix to this issue on ps4 systems. I want to play the sims 4 on ps4 but at way its facing startup issues since 3/28/2023 update till today 6/13/2023 It has been starting up weirdly & making it unplayable on ps4. I installed todays update & I started the game to see if it loads as it before march update but it still faces the same issue as I just mentioned with same error code. I know that i's not my internet connection because I have no problems with other ps4 games other than this one not loading properly.

If you're still experiencing issues with this error, please first restore your licenses with these steps:

1. Go to Settings-> Account Management-> Restore Licenses

2. Select Restore

If restoring the licenses doesn't help, please head to Settings-> Network-> Test Internet Connection, grab a screenshot of those results and attach them to your post here for me.
