PS4 Sims won't let me Reconnect Online

My sims 4 game won't let me connect on my ps4. I tried to reconnect online capabilities and still having trouble. I have wifi in my house and internet access. SO why can't I use my game to gain access to the gallery on ps4 after I downloaded a few buildings off the gallery via laptop? 

Also I have reconnect button clicked on my game in the options menu on my ps4 just so you know. Any help or advice would be great.

Anybody else having this issue?

I have base game and Journey to Battu installed in my game ps4.
