Re: My sims game won’t save and I lose the whole save xbox

Hi there @jamm_sponge0 

It sounds like you're running low on storage space for The Sims on your console's memory. Do you currently have a lot of saved items from The Gallery stored in your Library? Please try removing some of your saved lots, rooms or households from your Library in The Gallery, let me know if that clears up this error for you and allows you to save. Are you currently using all 10 available save file slots in-game? If so, you may need to delete older save file slots that you're no longer playing with.

    @EA_Solaire Thank you so much! I have quite a lot of households and houses on my library so I will delete the ones I don’t use or have forgotten about. About the saves my sims game saves only go up to 9 saves and I think I have 8 of them I used so I’ll go in and delete the saves I don’t use anymore!

    I’ll see if it happens again and tell you but I only play on weekends so I will have to see. Thank you!
