I don't even know what to say without triggering anyone, but the Gallery is not working! I can't connect! The ToS has ruined everything! I may have to do a Corporate Garbage Can video on this problem, because nobody at EA is willing to help an autistic out!

No. I did nothing wrong. The gallery just won't go online.
I have this same issue, its like its no connecting when my Xbox is connected to the internet.

I’m also having this issues where I can only get access to the library and not the gallery on my PS5

Happening to me as well on the PS4. Internet works perfectly fine, and my game is updated
Same. I'm not logged into my EA Account and it won't even give me an option to. I have no online features EXCEPT for the limited content I got being available. I can't use the online part of the gallery because there's not even an option to. I can't claim my even rewards so I can't finish it either, since I need the swimsuit.
