Re: redownloaded sims 4 on ps5 and some packs are missing

Can you let me know which platform you're playing on please? Are your missing packs currently showing as unowned? 

i'm having a similar issue. i'm on ps5 and i have the "island living" pack and in the game it says that i already own it, but then it gives me and option to download it with the playstation error code
"CE-109367-6." and when i resume my current save it says "GAME DATA INCOMPLETE
Not all game data could be loaded. The save game references neighborhoods that have been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available. If you continue playing. you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game, there will be no way to recover the missing data." i have characters that live on the island and i don't want to have to move them back to my other world, if i even can. idk what to do i tried to uninstall and redownload the game and that didn't work either. is there a way to uninstall the pack and reinstall it or is there any way to fix this?

Please try restoring the licenses on your console with the steps here- if you're still not able to install and access Island Living, let me know!

Are you playing on Xbox or PlayStation? Which pack specifically are you having issues with? 

@EA_Sola i tried that and it still says “ you already own this pack” and when i click the download button its still giving me the error code
