Re: TS4 - No option to go to Gallery

Check to make sure your EA/Origin account is still linked. On main menu go into game options/ other, if the option to link your account is there click it and when it asks if you want to restart your game now click yes. Gallery should be there after. Hope this helps.. I’ve had to do this every time I restart my game today. It keeps unlinking the EA account for some reason. I was told yesterday that EA has been having issues for a few days. 

The gallery feature has completely vanished. Really loved this feature and hopefully it will be back soon.

Reload the game, seems to be working for me.

I go in and only the library loads, I close the app & reload and it always comes back. 

Its not a log in issue its a gallery isn't there to log into issue, closing the app and reloading the game fixes it.

When loading the game there seem to be a 50/50 chance of the gallery being there.

Its been like this since patch 1:23

This is a real hassle. I hope they fix this soon. I am having the same issue, though it seems more like a 20/80 chance lol

@Doppel399   It’s great reloading works for you 🙂 Unfortunately it’s not working for everyone. I spent hours Monday reloading my game numerous times but gallery didn’t return. It was after speaking to someone here on the forum I was told to check if my account was still linked and that worked. EA has been having server issues and it seems to be affecting the gallery for some. For me and many others, our account keeps getting unlinked therefore gallery doesn’t show because your account must be linked to use it

Same for me it’s been acting up since the last update. It was working last Sunday and completely vanished.

(DISCLAIMER: I’m a console player!) Lets get started with my Ted talk. I came home after a long day at school to have a nice relaxing sims session. I come to find that I “can’t connect” to the gallery. I’ve had this issue before but it was solved with purchasing Xbox live. I’ve checked the payments i’ve made recently and there it was, another month of Xbox live until March 20. I played Sims for a few hours yesterday and the gallery was working great, I could download stuff, upload, and search for items. I’m kind of upset because I spend the majority of my money on this game and it doesn’t always live up to its high standards. FIX THIS SIMS TEAM!

the same thing has been happening to me too, when i try to connect it said try again and never connected. now it doesnt even pop up to acess the gallery anymore on my ps4 ☹️

I have followed all of the above instructions and the gallery option on my PS4 has been GONE for DAYS. I NEED HELP!

Are you all that are affected in China as well? 

I am having troubles with my PS4 gallery not showing up at all. I have linked my EA Account, have all the right options selected, reset the game, and updated to the most current game version. My gallery is still not showing.

Do you have an underage account?

Are you logged in to more than one console, or is your account being used on the PC?

Have you reset your modem and router?

Can you try logging in to the gallery website https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery and seeing if you can log in and favorite or set lots or households to download? They will appear in your library on your console next time you log on if you have console access.

You can also go to https://www.ea.com/ to sign in and make sure all your stuff is linked using the website instead of doing it on your console. 

There's also https://help.ea.com/en/ that has a lot of links and troubleshooting stuff for your account if necessary.

I'm having the same issues, I use the gallery on my ps4 24-7 and all of a sudden it's no longer an option. Even through my origin/ea account is linked. Please help resolve my issue thanks.
