Reaper's Rewards (Sadly) Ruined Sims 4 & PS4! =(

Base Game, Deluxe version, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar, Holiday Celebration, Backyard Stuff, For Rent*, Growing Together*, Desert Luxe, High School Years*, Get to Work, Outdoor Retreat, Luxury Party, Spa Day, Spooky Stuff, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Lovestruck*, Get Together, Happy at Home Log In Event Rewards, Week 3-4 of Rewards, (more were unlocked, but they were not claimed yet because game crashed). *Pre-order content

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, this all happened after clicking on a snapdragon plant in Newcrest community lot to splice it. On PS4 during the Reaper's Rewards Event.

What happens when the bug occurs? After troubleshooting the console version, the game was briefly playable, but only for a few hours. After 1-3 hours of gameplay, game crashed and went to a blue screen, logging out of PS4 network, another thing never seen before with any other game. Also, can no longer copy to USB. Received Playstation error code CE-3316-4. USB has nothing on it, so I cannot send anything. Last action taken on game was gardening for the Reaper's Rewards Event. Clicking on a snapdragon plant in Newcrest to splice it.

This copy of Sims 4 is now completely unplayable. Now, my PS4 won't even let me use USBs. Considering that my game has crashed at least 21 times this month trying to play the Reaper's Rewards Event and only about 10 hours of actual gameplay this entire month, the rest was just crashing, that makes Sims 4 on PS4 unplayable. I have had to reload from USB every time it crashes. I was trying to prepare a USB to try again, or even send to get help and it wouldn't even allow me to copy my data anymore. Error Code CE-3316-4 destroyed my Sims game. This has never happened before with any other game. I am not even sure if it will let me restore data or even copy for other games now. This has been a nightmare. Could not get past Week 3-4. I love this game but this event has ruined my Sims 4 and my Playstation 4.

What do you expect to see? Playstation 4 working properly like it does for every other game. Ability to copy to USB as before. Ability to load the game and play it without excessive crashing (every time, if it even loads in the first place). I expect normal gameplay with access to all purchased DLC features, free and patched features, ongoing and past rewards. I expect normal gameplay, including Reaper's Rewards Event. All DLC and Rewards should work. Also, I expect to be able to continue to play the Reaper's Rewards Event and progress the quest to unlock Rewards, but that is no longer the main concern now that the game is unplayable and system is potentially damaged.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Please describe the patch or change you made. Patch 2.02 and 2.03. No issues with any of this before Reaper's Rewards Event and patch 1.99. Patch 2.03 completely ruined game and negatively affected PS4 system. (I hope someone can help.)
