Hi! I’ve been trying to find an answer for a while now about this, but i haven’t found any answers. i have 4 missing packs that i downloaded months prior with no issues, however when i got back from a vacation 4 out of 11 packs were missing. i only find stuff about origin, however i’m using a ps4 n can’t find any answers. please help ☹️
Try uninstalling your game and reinstall it and all the packs you bought.

I have this issue as well!! I downloaded City Living on my PS4, left it for about a month since I had a baby, and now it’s gone. I cannot buy it back, the game itself says I already own it and cannot download it again but I cannot access it at all. Any solutions yet????
City living has disappeared for me, too! After I downloaded the Island Living pack. I wonder if other people have lost City Living as well! I click on it in the actual Sims game, and it shows that I already own this game, yet the City itself is gone, and all the City Living content is removed from my console as well!! I'm on a PS5.
